Fade behind - Fade into Atmospherics!

When Lens flares become occluded by objects they are switched off. finalFlares 1.5 offers, in addition, a much more advanced effect. Each lens flare can carry a "virtual area" that represents the light emitter.  Depending on the percentage of the "light disc" energy is calculated to hit the camera lens.  This advanced feature naturally blends a lens flare effect behind objects.  This feature is perfect to simulate a sun setting behind the horizon or behind a planet.  For example, fading the sun behind a planet was perfected in the opening sequence of Star Trek Nemesis.
