Why can't I remain logged into the forums? Why do I need to login each time? |

This is a security measure to prevent access to your personal user data as everything in the cebas portal is linked together now - including your Cebas shop account and your product serial numbers.
Currently your login session is maintained for a 2 hour period. We are looking into the possiblity of adding an option to let you select how long your session should be maintained - in any case we would not let this be longer than 24 hours for the security reasons mentioned. |

Why can't I edit/add to the Wiki manual? |

Editing functions are restricted to Cebas staff and selected Cebas wiki contributors. This is maintain the integrity of the manual and to prevent it from becoming corrupted or maliciously attacked.
Users can, however, comment on entries freely. If you think an entry is incorrect or needs updating then please let us know. Also contact us if you are interested in becoming a Cebas Wiki contributor. |
